Katie Bouchard

Katie specializes in

A clean natural look. "I love subtle but power looks, the kind that make a first impression of glowing beauty and not "contoured to the gods" makeup."

Favorite makeup product

Makeup forever HD foundation, it's such a well rounded foundation between its build-able coverage and lovely satin finish.

Favorite wedding venue

Beauty Muse has taken me to Islands, Mountains, Cities and Backyards. It's so hard to pick one venue, I'm just grateful I get to work-and take in these beautiful spaces; it's incredibly therapeutic.

Favorite career accomplishment

There's nothing better than going out shopping in the city only to find a store front completely covered in posters of your work. Getting to work on national campaigns always reminds me how far I've come in this industry.

Besides makeup Katie is passionate about...

When I am not doing makeup I am cuddling with wolves or creating new products for my botanically based skin care line. I volunteer at Wolf Hollow, a wolf sanctuary in Ipswich MA. I will always have a soft spot for the very misunderstood creatures in this world. I also have a spiritually and physically restoring skin care line that I created with my best friend. These two things keep me grounded and focused on what's important to me.
